Terms & Conditions 7p77 – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Entertainment Platform

Definitions & Scope of the 7p77 Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "7p77" or "Platform" refers to the 7p77.my website and all services, products, and content provided through it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using 7p77's services.
• "Account" refers to an individual user account registered on the 7p77 platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount in MYR available in your 7p77 account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits, cashback, rebates, or promotional offers granted by 7p77 to its members.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the requirement to wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "RNG" refers to Random Number Generator — the random number generation system used by casino and slot games at 7p77.

These Terms & Conditions govern all aspects of your use of the 7p77 platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonus usage, game participation, customer support, and all other interactions between users and the platform.

7p77 Platform User Eligibility

To register and use the 7p77 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration and throughout the period of platform use.

7p77 Account Registration & Management

Registering an account with 7p77 is free and open to all users who meet the eligibility requirements. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Knowingly submitting inaccurate information is a serious breach of these terms.

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one 7p77 account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.
• The name registered on your account must match the name of the owner of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
• A valid Malaysian phone number is required for account verification and security communications.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any changes to your details can be made through the 7p77 support team.
• Transferring your account to another party is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

7p77 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on 7p77 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 7p77 only accepts and processes payments through approved, legitimate local Malaysian payment methods.

• DuitNow (QR & Transfer)

Deposit Requirements:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits depend on the payment method and membership tier at 7p77.
• Deposit funds are processed automatically within 60 seconds for e-wallet and FPX methods.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the name of the 7p77 account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to your Malaysian bank account or e-wallet within 15–30 minutes for amounts below RM10,000.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 may require additional identity verification before being processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the 7p77 account holder.
• Any portion of a bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn.

Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements at 7p77

7p77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to enhance our members' gaming experience. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions stated in each offer.

• Each bonus carries its own rollover (wagering) requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus portion becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Rollover is calculated based on total amount wagered — not on winnings or losses. For example: a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover means you must wager a total of RM1,000 before the bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally to rollover requirements. Table games such as Baccarat and Roulette may only contribute 10%–20%, compared to slots which typically contribute 100%.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. The next bonus can only be claimed once the current one has been completed or has expired.
• 7p77 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there are signs of abuse or promotional fraud.

Game Rules on the 7p77 Platform

All games on 7p77 — including casino games, video slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, badminton betting, Jackpot, and arcade games — are subject to their respective game rules as stated within each game, as well as the following general rules:

• The outcome of all software-based games is determined by an independently audited RNG system that cannot be manipulated by any party.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified. Users are responsible for verifying the amount and type of bet before confirming.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, 7p77's server records will serve as the definitive reference for determining bet outcomes and status.
• For Live Casino games, all decisions made by the dealer are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear, verifiable evidence of a technical error supported by video footage.
• Football bets on matches that are postponed or abandoned before the 45th minute will be fully refunded. Matches that pass the 45-minute mark before being abandoned will be settled based on the score at the time of abandonment.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and table are clearly displayed within the 7p77 platform and must be observed.

Account Security & User Responsibilities

The security of your 7p77 account is a shared responsibility — 7p77 secures the system from the outside, while you are responsible for safeguarding access to your account from your end.

• Use a strong and unique password for your 7p77 account. Do not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• Never share your username or password with anyone, including family members or friends.
• 7p77 will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, live chat, or any other channel. If anyone claims to be from 7p77 and requests your password, report it to us immediately.
• Log out of your account whenever you use a shared or public device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an added layer of security.
• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to the 7p77 support team immediately.

Prohibited Activities on the 7p77 Platform

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7p77 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, freezing of funds, and in serious cases, legal action:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any automated tools to play, bet, or interact with the 7p77 platform.
• Player collusion — cooperating with other players to exploit games or the 7p77 bonus system.
• Money laundering — using the 7p77 platform to transfer, conceal, or "clean" funds obtained through illegal means.
• Registering multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Deliberately exploiting bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or errors in the 7p77 system.
• The use of VPNs, proxies, Tor, or any other method to conceal your actual location or identity.
• Using another person's identity to register or operate a 7p77 account.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the 7p77 platform.

7p77 Platform Liability Limits

7p77 will make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, there are certain liability limitations that all users should be aware of:

• 7p77 is not liable for losses resulting from internet service disruptions, user device failures, or technical issues beyond the platform's control.
• 7p77 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their own account.
• Betting losses are a risk fully accepted by the user as part of the gambling activity. 7p77 cannot be held liable for any game outcomes that are unfavourable to the user.
• In the event of a technical failure that affects game outcomes, 7p77 will resolve any disputes based on definitive server records and established policies.
• 7p77's total liability to any user is limited to the amount of that user's account balance at the time of the disputed incident.

Account Closure & Suspension

A 7p77 account may be closed or suspended for various reasons, whether at the user's own request or by 7p77:

• Upon User Request: You may request closure of your 7p77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining account balance will be returned once all rollover requirements have been met.
• Temporary Suspension: 7p77 may temporarily suspend an account during investigations into suspicious activity or during the identity verification process.
• Closure by 7p77: 7p77 may permanently close an account if a user is found to have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or failed to meet identity verification requirements.
• In the event of account closure due to fraud or a breach of terms, 7p77 reserves the right to freeze all funds in the account pending the outcome of an investigation.
